Charity may be defined as ‘unlimited loving kindness to others’ or ‘benevolent giving to others’. Both of these definitions are adopted by Utopia and implemented into the UDNG philosophy, to ultimately enable less fortunate individuals to benefit from our business.

UDNG believe that as part of the running of any company, charity should be an integral component. Utilising a Christian philosophy, Utopia believe that as profit is generated less fortunate individuals may be helped, and in turn those individuals can help others. Therefore UDNG aim to be a ‘company with a conscience’.

We donate to charities with long term plans that use sustainable frame works. Charities of this elk are well organised, and through diligence ultimately lead to autonomy for the individuals being helped. We hand pick charities which understand and apply these principles into their daily running.

UDNG will ALWAYS give a third of its profit to charity this is written into the blue print of the company’s ethos, driven by the generosity of the late Dr Ubu Ana. We currently donate to the B.K education trust, which helps to educate underprivileged individuals. We also donate to The NMF, this registered charity donates medical equipment to ailing Hospitals in the developing world.
